For those joining us for movement, deep conditioning hair treatments are available to book before class from £5, allowing the treatment to absorb while you move and sweat — making the most of both your workout and your self-care.

This experience includes:
• 45 minutes of flowing Pilates-based movement
• 15 minutes of guided stretch
• 30 minutes of women’s circle
